Catherine has:

• Led over two dozen teacher training programs and international retreats
• She has personally trained over 200 yoga teachers who are now teaching all over the world. Her trainees aren't just teaching in studios, they are leading large scale classes at yoga festivals, guiding retreats and even leading their own teacher training programs
• Created multiple Yoga Alliance approved yoga teacher training programs
• Worked with professional athletes in group and 1:1 settings (including Russell Wilson)
• Taught at and helped create yoga festivals
• Completed over 2,000 hours of advanced yoga education and continues to devote herself to ongoing study and growth

But beyond credentials, Cat has built a life and business rooted in leadership, devotion, impact, beauty, travel, and meaningful work.
