Seek Liberation Practice
The biggest f*ck you to the system is to raise your consciousness.
Join us for a weekly online practice that promises an elevated state of consciousness through consistent practice.
There is a moment happening right now.
People are starting to see through the noise.
Through the conditioning.
Through the systems that keep them disconnected from themselves.
And once you see it...you can’t unsee it.
The question is no longer “what do I believe?”
It becomes “how do I stay conscious inside this?”
This is what The Seek Liberation Practice is for.
Â
A weekly return to yourself
Every Thursday evening, we gather online for a guided practice designed to bring you back into direct experience of your body, breath, and awareness.
Not theory. Not performance. Not consumption.
Practice.
This is a space to:
- regulate your nervous system through embodied breathwork
- dissolve mental noise and overstimulation
- reconnect to awareness beneath identity
- sit in stillness that most people avoid
- remember what you are without the narrative
Each session is live, and recordings are sent afterward so you can return anytime.
Â
Why this exists
Because most people are overwhelmed but not actually present.
They are:
- consuming spiritual content but not embodying it
- understanding concepts but not integrating them
- trying to “raise frequency” while staying dysregulated
- seeking change without changing attention itself
This practice interrupts that pattern.
It brings you back to the simplest and most radical thing:Â awareness itself.
