Absolutely. In fact, many participants join yoga trainings and retreats on their own, and it often becomes one of the most meaningful parts of the experience.
Coming alone allows you to fully immerse yourself in the journey without the distractions of your everyday roles and responsibilities. It creates space to focus deeply on your practice, personal growth, and connection to the teachings.
Because this training is intentionally limited to six participants, the group naturally forms a close and supportive community. Living, practicing, and studying together over four weeks tends to create bonds that extend well beyond the training itself.
By the end of the experience, most participants feel that they arrived as individuals and left as part of a sangha — a community of practitioners walking the path together.
If you feel called to the training but don’t have someone to travel with, please know that you will be warmly welcomed into a small, intentional, and supportive container. Many people who attend alone say it was one of the best decisions they made for their personal and spiritual growth.
