I have facilitated alongside Cat for 200 hour YTT training, and I have attended Kintsugi Yoga retreats that Cat has facilitated. Cat has integrity and is an incredibly authentic, super knowledgeable and caring yoga instructor and human being. She is understanding, empathetic and perceptive to your needs and will listen.
